About Us
The Texas House Early Childhood Caucus is a bipartisan coalition that promotes evidence-based policies to advance the safety, health, and education of all Texas children ages zero to eight.
Our goal is to ensure that:
-
every Texas child is prepared to learn by kindergarten
-
early childhood professionals have the resources necessary to be able to deliver premium services
-
each community in Texas has a system of well-organized early childhood services
-
data is used to coordinate and collaborate support for children, families, and their needs.
